Tradie Texts does one job: when a call to your business goes unanswered, it texts the caller back within 5 seconds, finds out what the job is over SMS, flags genuine emergencies, and files the lead in a dashboard so you can ring back knowing what you’re walking into. It’s built in Australia, for Australian tradies, and it only works with Australian numbers on purpose.

Who’s behind it

Tradie Texts is built and run by Rick, a solo founder (ABN 64 896 703 064). There’s no sales team and no offshore support desk. The person answering your email is the one who wrote the code.

How we write what we publish

Every guide on the blog is written and edited by the founder, with AI assistance, and fact-checked against the product itself before it goes out. If we can’t verify a number, we don’t publish it. You’ll notice the articles carry fewer statistics than most marketing blogs, and that’s deliberate. Where we compare Tradie Texts to alternatives, we say what those alternatives are better at.
